Bite Size Writing Assignment: Describe a Family Member

This week, take a little time to have your little darlings engage in some descriptive writing.

Have your student(s) choose a family member to describe.

Here are the steps:

1. Select a family member
2. Spend time watching the subject (person selected)
3. Write a list of descriptive words about him/her
4. Arrange the descriptions into a paragraph

Make sure the paragraph has nice flow to it with a natural progression. As always, have fun and happy writing!
